Kids Yoga – Ages 3-5
Imaginative yoga adventures and animated poses to keep your little yogis’ creativity and bodies flowing. Our yoga sequences enhance children’s concentration skills while refining their motor coordination. Fun yoga games teach cooperative play and sharpen listening skills as your child transitions to school. This class will plant the seed for a life-long love of physical and mental well-being.
Kids Yoga – Ages 6-9
Taps into the enthusiasm of your 6-9-year old’s by integrating joyful yoga with creative self-expression. Fun-filled yoga sequences develop strength, coordination, and body awareness while building self-confidence. We introduce playful breathing exercises, and relaxation skills that your child can carry with them into their busy school and social lives.
Yoga Math – Ages 6-9
This class combines math games, movements and crafts to help children learn in an effective and fun way. It covers addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, measurement, money and time.

Tween & Teen Yoga
This class introduces spirited, flowing sequences, increasingly challenging balancing poses, and imaginative relaxation tools to nurture the growing independence of 10 + year old’s. Poses and team-building yoga games encourage healthy socialization and body image. Your child will develop strength and self-confidence both on and off the mat.
Teen Yoga 13 +
This class brings fun-filled yoga to a space just for teens. Spirited, flowing sequences, increasingly challenging balancing poses, and back-bends will be introduced along with breath awareness, meditation, and restorative postures to promote self-awareness and relaxation. Your teens can use these yogic practices to support their physical and mental well-being as they navigate their path to adulthood.
Morning Vinyasa Flow
Wake up your body, settle your mind, and find your breath during this morning vinyasa flow. This open level 60-minute flow is designed to help you enter your day feeling bright and open. This class will flow at a gentle pace through a warm-up sequence, then move towards more challenging poses. Leaving you feeling energized and inspired for the day ahead.
Mindful Yoga Flow
Energize and rejuvenate your body and mind. This open level 60-minute vinyasa flow integrates meditation and mindfulness practice with classical yoga asana, encouraging heightened awareness of breath and body. This class emphasizes awareness, alignment, and breath to provide a safe and stable environment to explore movement and stillness. Leaving you feeling revitalized.
Heart Opening Flow
Awaken the compassionate energy within your heart with this vinyasa flow. This heart-expanding 60-minute flow will open your chest and back as well as release tension in your body. It combines breath, flowing and static movement to reconnect the mind, emotions, and body. Leave energized and with an open heart.
Core Yoga Flow
Strengthen and empower your body, mind, and spirit. This challenging 60-minute Vinyasa class blends core strengthening exercises and yoga. This core focused flow class is an opportunity to build strength in a yoga setting. Enhance your asana practice and build your confidence. Leaving feeling stronger and empowered.
Yummy Mommy & Me Yoga
Mamas get their yoga, while baby/toddler watch, join in or play. This class focuses on strengthening and support the postpartum body while providing tools to continue your practice at home around your baby/kids.
Mommy & Toddler Yoga
Your tot will celebrate the wonders of mobility, communication, and independent exploration with you in this joyful class. Animated poses and imaginative games help toddlers to recognize patterns and tap into their creativity. The poses taught will improve motor coordination, cognitive development, and socialization while your little one learns about the wonders of their body.
Story Time, Movement & Craft – Toddlers W/ Caregiver
A delightful story is told or read with the appearance of one or more of Inaeh’s animal friends, dance with scarves and practice some well known yoga moves and end with a sweet mindful time with caregiver.
Parent/Child Yoga – Ages 5+
A lively yoga class for you and your child. This 60-minute class includes age-appropriate poses with imaginative yoga adventures, games, and stories. Partner poses and yoga games encourage you and your kids to work together while limbering up your minds and bodies. Leave feeling connected and inspired
A class with your teen that will help you connect in a fun and positive way. In this yoga class, you’ll learn and practice yoga basics, breathing techniques, yoga warm-ups, and foundational yoga poses that stretch, strengthen and balance you both. You’ll also learn partner yoga poses you can do together that will enhance your stretches and enjoyment. This is a special time in which you can honor each other and explore greater physical and emotional health together.
